Ingredients
- 2 Quorn Vegan Hot & Spicy Burgers
- 2 Wholemeal Pitta Breads
- 6 tbsp hummus
- 3 tbsp tzatziki
- 4 cherry or plum tomatoes, chopped into pieces
- 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 2 handfuls of mixed leaves
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 220C and cook the Quorn Vegan Hot & Spicy Burgers on the middle shelf for 18 minutes
- Toast the pitta breads lightly to warm before spreading the insides with the hummus
- Stuff the pitta breads with the mixed leaves, chopped cherry or plum tomatoes, broken up cooked Quorn burgers before adding a dollop of tzatziki with a sprinkling of pomegranate seeds
- Serve and enjoy!
